Our residents at our home suffer from Dementia/Challenging Behaviour & General Nursing needs. The position will be working very closely with the Nurse in Charge, assisting with medications and clinical responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience of medications, and working directly with a nurse in a similar environment. The roles on offer are Bank. Job Description Registered Nurse Hampton Grange Nursing Home, located in Hereford. Are seeking a highly skilled Senior Nurse to lead the delivery of excellent care to our residents on our night shift.
