The comprehensive nursing care at Lynhales is of the highest standard, with qualified professionals who are specially trained in caring for people with varying types and stages of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease on duty day and night.
Our staff meet each resident’s individual needs with exceptional patience, compassion, kindness and consideration and our aim is to provide a safe and stimulating environment that ensures our residents enjoy the dignity and care they deserve.
Part of nursing care at Lynhales involves dealing with the social, emotional, spiritual and recreational needs of our residents. Nursing and care staff are always available to assist with everyday tasks at all times of the day or night and qualified staff members can quickly respond to emergency situations where nursing interventions are required for medical conditions.
We are proud that staff turnover rates are among the lowest in dementia care.
