We are delighted to sign a new commercial agreement with Telford United to become the new Community Partner.
The St Georges Park logo will be placed on the front of the Community coaches training wear and as part of the agreement we'll have a presence at numerous community initiatives that the club will be running.
Richard Claridge, CEO for Rotherwood Group
‘I’m absolutely delighted to have become community sponsor for the Club, its vital that St Georges Park Nursing Home is involved in the community, the club and the families across the city and there isn’t a better place to start than a game that’s close to the hearts of the people living in Telford but also our Residents.
I have owned Care Homes for many many years and truly see the benefits of supporting local growth and what better way to do this that via the Club and into the community’
John Fennell, CFO for the Rotherwood Group
‘With the huge investment that is happening at St Georges Park in terms of its refurbishment I am a firm believer in investing in the community surrounding it also. Our second floor Dementia Specialist Unit will open over the coming months and it will be great to see the team come to meet with the residents, it’s these partnerships that instil our person centred approach to care. We’re looking forward to a longstanding relationship with the Club and its fans.’
Throughout the year we will be running a number of projects with the staff and the residents which will involve some of the club staff and first team players.
