The highlight of the day was the uplifting entertainment provided by ‘Bobs Your Uncle’, who engaged the audience with his performances. There was a delightful garden tea, dutifully prepared by the Kitchen Staff, Carolina and Jaime. As part of the home’s commitment to enriching the lives of its residents, St George’s Park initiated a raffle draw during the open day to raise funds. The proceeds will go to further supporting activities for the residents at St George’s.
Chelsie Walne, the Home Manager at St George’s Park, emphasised the importance of community engagement for the home, commenting:
“We’re thrilled to welcome visitors to the St George’s Park Open Day and show families and communities the thriving lifestyle at our home. Thank you to everyone who came along!”
