The ‘Dementia Care Manager of the Year’ category will be awarded to a manager who demonstrates expertise in managing a Specialist Dementia Care service, benefiting both those living with Dementia and their dedicated care teams. The winners will be unveiled at a ceremony taking place on Friday, November 24th, at the Excel, London.
