The event got off to a fantastic start with live entertainment from JD Magic, who brought energy and excitement to the home. Residents were soon clapping along, laughing and even taking to the dance floor, setting the tone for a truly joyful occasion.
Guests were treated to a delicious spread prepared by the home’s kitchen team, alongside a selection of cakes generously donated by a staff member’s family. The thoughtful contribution was warmly received and added an extra special touch to the day.
As the afternoon unfolded, celebrations moved outdoors where residents enjoyed potting plants for the home’s summer house. The activity provided a wonderful opportunity to embrace the changing season while helping to prepare the gardens for the months ahead.
The day was made even more special by the presence of visiting students, whose enthusiasm and support helped create a warm, inclusive and lively atmosphere throughout.
Natasha Byram, Home Manager at St George’s Park, said:
