Our tables were graced with an abundance of fresh vegetables and fruits generously donated by our incredible family, friends, and the local Co-op. The aroma of ripe produce and community spirit filled the air, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
We enjoyed indulging in the rich flavours of Gwatkin's House of Cider cider from Abbey Dore, a kind donation that added a delightful touch to our celebration. The morning was blessed with the presence of Reverend Anna Branston, guiding us through hymns that echoed through the halls, filling our hearts with peace and unity.
"We ploughed the fields and scattered the good seed on the land," we sang together, embracing the timeless tradition that binds us to nature and each other. And as the service ended, we raised our glasses in a collective toast, savouring the sweet taste of the cider and the even sweeter taste of togetherness.
