Kington Court Nursing Home is proud of its 5-star food hygiene rating from the Food Standards Agency This achievement followed an unannounced inspection conducted by the Herefordshire Environmental Health Department in May 2023.

The Food Hygiene Rating Scheme is a legally mandated program aimed at guaranteeing that establishments engaged in food supply, sale, or consumption comply with food hygiene regulations. In the course of the inspection, a Food Safety Officer meticulously assesses the handling, storage, and preparation of food within our nursing home, along with the general cleanliness and safety of our premises. Achieving the top rating of 5 stars necessitates full compliance with all aspects of the scheme.
