Colwall Care Home is located in the village of Colwall, between Malvern and Ledbury, our home offers 60 private en-suite rooms, designed to give residents comfort, privacy and a sense of familiarity. Our dedicated team takes the time to understand each individual, their routines, preferences and what matters most to them.
Alongside high-quality care including cinema rooms, a café, two pubs, library areas, a craft room and a hair and nail salon. These are welcoming spaces where residents can relax, socialise or spend quiet time at their own pace.

We aim to make our residents' lives active and fulfilling. Our team of dedicated Lifestyle Coordinators deliver a comprehensive programme, tailored to each resident's interests. Community connections are at the heart of life at Colwall, with wine and cheese evenings, cookery club, gardening, crafting and regular outings, we ensure there is always something to look forward to.
We are also proud to offer the Rotherwood Wellness Programme, which is a daily exercise initiative. This programme features safe, low-impact isometric movements developed with wellness coaches. It is designed to build strength and enhance mobility, therefore improving overall wellbeing.
Colwall offers an exceptional dining experience. Residents are able to decide how, where and when they would like their meals. We have seasonal, chef-prepared menus and meals served in the dining room, Berrington's Cafe or even your own suite. Our nutritional meals are prepared to ensure every resident is getting the nourishment they need.
Residential care supports individuals requiring support with daily tasks like personal care, meals and medication, but not needing 24-hour medical support. Nursing care is for individuals needing regular support from qualified nurses.
Our palliative care focuses on compassion, dignity and personalised support. The Rotherwood team takes time to understand each resident's needs and wishes, creating a calm, reassuring environment. We go beyond clinical care, prioritising comfort, quality of life and meaningful support for both residents and their families.
At Colwall, we are transparent about our standards, team and approach. 51% of our staff have been with us for more than 3 years, this consistency is a real indicator of quality. You are welcome to visit, meet the team, speak with residents and families and ask any questions.
At Colwall we support residents as their needs evolve. If your loved ones' care needs change, we will adapt their care plan so they don't have to move homes. We collaborate with families and medical professionals to ensure care is personalised and responsive.
