As well as 60 beautifully appointed suites furnished to the highest specification, there are cinema rooms, a café, two pubs, library areas, a craft room, as well as a hair and nail salon, in which our residents can choose to socialise and spend their all-important leisure time. Dining too is a personalised experience, with enticing menus enjoyed in both formal and informal settings – even outdoors on the terrace, when the weather permits. Our dedicated Lifestyle Coordinators organises a wide range of activities for all tastes and abilities.

Our Lifestyle Coordinators are passionate about providing a wide variety of entertainment and activities. In addition to catering to existing hobbies and interests, they organise an exciting array of inclusive sessions, such as wine and cheese evenings, pamper days, flower arranging, and cookery club.
While everyone enjoys their indoor time, our enthusiastic team is always available to assist residents in taking leisurely strolls in the gardens or arranging outings using the home’s minibus for visits to the garden centre or a bit of shopping.
Maintaining community connections is vital to life at Colwall. Our residents, staff, family, and friends actively participate in numerous local celebrations and charity events, fostering a strong sense of community.
We are also excited to introduce the Rotherwood Wellness Programme, featuring daily exercise sessions as part of our innovative initiative. This program is designed explicitly around isometric exercises, which have been shown to enhance health and well-being through safe, low-impact movements.
Developed in partnership with wellness coaches and external experts, our sessions are inclusive and adaptable to individuals of all fitness levels. Incorporating isometric exercises empowers our residents to build strength, enhance mobility, and support their overall recovery within a nurturing environment.
