Rotherwood Healthcare has announced that St George’s Park Nursing Home in Telford has maintained its overall rating of ‘Good’ following an unannounced focussed inspection on 10th to 11th November 2022 from the Care Quality Commission.

This positions St George’s Park as one of the highest-rated care homes in Telford and is testimony to the dedicated care team led by the Home Manager, Chelsie Hammond. At the time of inspection, St George’s Park was providing care to 69 residents, many of whom live with varying types of Dementia and complex nursing needs.

Vicky Craddock, the Chief Operating Officer at Rotherwood Healthcare, said:
“We’re thrilled that St George’s Park have maintained a CQC rating of ‘Good’. We would like to extend our thanks to the Home Manager, Chelsie, and each member of her team whose dedication to our residents never flounders. Residents living at the home and their families can take confidence from this rating.”

“As we look towards the future, we’re excited for further modernisation at the home, such as the lounge extension underway which will further enhance the lives of people living in the home.”
