Spring is a season of renewal, growth, and togetherness, and each of our homes will be hosting a unique celebration reflecting the spirit of the season, with entertainment, refreshments, and opportunities to come together and enjoy community life.
Guests can enjoy a flower demonstration, delicious refreshments, and live music, with a selection of spring cakes, sweet treats, and teas. Dorset House will also be fundraising in support of Acorns Children’s Hospice.
A fun-filled celebration including an egg hunt around the village, live singing, Malvern Story Tellers, and a spring buffet. The event is being held in support of Colwall Community Church.
Roden Hall Care Home
A traditional spring picnic–themed party featuring themed food and drinks, refreshing mocktails, live music, arts and crafts, indoor games, and the
Roden Hall: A Day in the Life resident art display. Roden Hall will also be fundraising in support of Hope House Children’s Hospice, helping to raise awareness and support for the vital work they do.
A Spring Celebration themed as a 1930s–1940s street party, complete with live entertainment, music, and a nostalgic atmosphere, supporting St Michael’s Hospice.
A light picnic with Easter-themed snacks, a visit from spring farm animals, and a Spring-Themed Raffle, raising funds for Open Arms Kington.
Live entertainment, a bake sale, indoor gardening activities, and a relaxing tea party, while fundraising in support of Home-Start Telford & Wrekin.
A lively Spring Celebration featuring arts and crafts, an Easter egg hunt with Lyonshall Tots, meeting the Ohana pony, planting spring seeds with the home’s gardener, and enjoying a delicious buffet lunch. Guests can also take part in Easter bonnet judging, enjoy live music, and view entries from the Easter Card Competition created by residents and local schools. The event will support The Veterans Society.
All events take place on Thursday 16th April from 11.00am.
